(More customer reviews)I first purchased the Hunter model 33223 humidifier which had a noise issue with the fan. Hunter Fan Co. promptly replaced the defective model with the model 33288. The medium room sized permawick model 33288 humidifier includes two fan speeds and a humidistat. The humidifier raised relative humidity from 25% to 40% in a 209 square foot room. Frequency of adding water to the 1.5 gallon reservoir will depend on humidistat and fan speed settings. I am very pleased with the performance of the 33288 model and the customer service that Hunter Fan Co. provided.
