(More customer reviews)This unit works well, as expected. My only complaint with it is the styling. It's pretty, at the expense of function. The Honeywell engineers in their infinite wisdom put beautiful rounded tops on the water tanks. Looks great, but when you invert the tank in the kitchen sink to refill it, it won't stand up in the sink and the wobbly thing has to be held upright while filling from the tap.
