(More customer reviews)I ordered a BEM1041 (filter installed in a plastic frame) for my Bemis humidifier. Unfortunately, the picture below the BEM1043 shows it with a BEM1041, which suggests they are compatible. THEY ARE NOT COMPATIBLE.
I also ordered four BEM1043s at the same time thinking I could put them into the plastic frame when it was time to discard the old one to save on plastic and scrap.
When the items arrived from Filters-NOW.com, there was NO PACKING LIST, and I realized immediately the BEM1043 wouldn't fit into the 1041 frame. I called the vendor and suggested I could cut pieces of the 1043 to fill out the frame, but would need an extra 1043 to use all the 1043s I received. They declined because they said I could get hurt cutting the 1043s. I even told them I would pay for an extra 1043 because it would be cheaper AND easier than sending back the 1043s that I did receive.
No packing slip. No return slip. No focus on customer satisfaction.
AVOID BUYING FROM Filters-NOW, now and in the future.
AMAZON needs to eliminate the package deal from their website, below the BEM1043 picture.
PS: I tried to call Amazon to get a packing slip and now can't see their web page to do so. I suspect my security settings are too high and their web page doesn't display properly.
