(More customer reviews)I do not agree with the first reviewer at all. This unit is quiet, even on the highest speed. It is easy to fill in the bathtub. The digital settings for humidity start at 21, so if the humidity is less than than, it still only reads 21. I had issues with static electricity, dry mouth at night, and clothing sticking together. After 8 hours of use, all of the above problems were minimized or stopped completely. In my 13x18 bedroom with cathedral ceiling, the humidity increased ten points the first 8 hours and continues to rise. The design is sleek and easily put into a corner of the room. The sensor for humidity is attached to the cord and is near the floor. It is recommended to put a container underneath to prevent any moisture from getting onto the floor.
Pros: quiet operation, easy to use, easy to fill (in tub) easy to remove and install water container and filter, nice digital readout
Cons: recommends totally emptying and cleaning after each use. Needs to be filled about 1.5 times daily(of course this will depend upon the size of the room and heat output in the room).
