(More customer reviews)I have 2 of the round humifier items but I am only currently using 1 in my humidor. The humidifier arrived with the crystals dry and ready to be moistened. The package contained instructions to fill the puck with a recommended PG solution or just plain distilled water. I used pure distilled water and let the crystals absorb. Minutes later it was ready to be used in my humidor. I use a calibrated Madelaine Hygrometer/Thermometer that is accurately calibrated and the humidifier brought my humidor to the mid 70% RH range. I opened the humidor to let it air out for a little while and now it is maintaining 69-71% RH. I would suggest letting the crystals absorb the PG/Distilled water then let it relax out in the open a bit, then place it in the humidor. I bought the 100 cigar humidifier for my upgrade humidor that I plan to purchase in the near future. I just hope that I have as good luck with that as I did the 50.
