I had to use my own adhesive to get the to remain in place. The gauge is off by ten according to the salt test, but over all seems good quality for the price

Beveled glass,solid wood,spanish cedar tray and linings, even the dividers have silicone ends for grip... brilliant. I really wasn't expecting such quality because of the low price. My only problem is the capacity. It says 120 count, not even close. 75, 80 at best, maybe. I was going to return it for that reason but its such a nice piece I decided to keep it. Replaced the passive sponge with Cigar Oasis Ultra and its Rock N Rolling...

(More customer reviews)I was not really happy with these humidifiers. I think they are rated too high. As in the small one is rated for humidors up to 30 cigars and the one rated for up to 100 cigars had trouble keeping humidity to 65% +(maybe 1/2 that amount?). and they seem to not work very well with the recommended distilled water. They seemed to do OK with 50/50 mix of glycol, but at the price seemed to defeat the purpose for buying these in the first place! You be better off sticking with the old style foam humidifiers, or step up and get an electric one. Which is what I did with my large humidor.

(More customer reviews)This is an affordable starter humidor, but it requires alot of maintenance. The unit doesn't have the best seal and has trouble holding humidity constant for more than a few days...as a result expect to spend some time fiddling with the humidifier and box seal.
It looks good on my desk and easily holds 25 larger cigars and does a good job for short term cigar storage.
