(More customer reviews)Went looking for the filter that would fit my General humidifier. Could not find it in the local stores (i.e., Home Depot, ACO). Could only get it from the HVAC supplier which I wanted to avoid since I didn't want to have to pay a markup. So I searched the world via the Internet to see what I could find and wow what a deal! This filter costs 3 times less than going through my HVAC supplier. Keep in mind, this humidifier and brand have been around forever so I was glad to see that I didn't have to spend alot of money on this simple maintenance item. I only ordered one since I wanted to make sure it really was the correct part. It was! It was not some imitation (copy) part like another supplier offered.

(More customer reviews)I have had the GeneralAire humidifier for 6 years. The other 990-13 evaporator pads that I have purchased cost close to twice as much per pad as the 2 pack including shipping. The powder is on every pad that I have used. Rinsing the pad with water washes off the extra powder and makes it easier to handle without making a mess. Good quality and great price.
